FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager ( SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)
IF SPONSORSHIP NEEDED: Must have at least 1 year of full-time experience as a Deputy Manager with Ofsted Registered Children Home ( Not 16+ Provision ) . As It takes 6 to 18 months for new home registration join us with our existing home as deputy on Annual Salary £30K + £500 Monthly Bonus for YP retention. Must be able to provide the URN number of the home previously worked as Deputy + Very Good English + preferably Can drive – Work 3 days a week onsite 9 am to 9 pm part of 2:1 staff + one day 6 – 7 hrs for documentation /admin onsite + on call sharing with RM . When new home is registered for 1st year Annual Salary 45k+ 500 monthly bonus for YP retention + 2000 bonus for Ofsted Good Rating. After 1st Ofsted inspection Annual Salary 48K+ 800 monthly bonus for YP retention + 2000 for Ofsted Good Rating ( Total : 60k )
