Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable to assist a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
- Utilise strong communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Maintain knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy levels.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
