FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
About you:
You do not need to have previous experience for this role, we provide a weeklong classroom based induction, followed by a shadowing period when you first start working in community and regular ongoing training sessions.

Good earning potential
– For client contact time, you will be paid
o £13.00 per hour Monday-Friday,
o £13.50 per hour at weekends,
o £26.00 per hour on bank holidays.
– You will be paid travel time between clients, meaning you will always be paid when you’re working.
– You will be paid your full call time, not minute by minute, meaning if your call finishes early, you don’t lose out.
– Drivers get paid 45p per mile mileage, the highest amount you can be paid without being taxed on it.

– You will get a fixed two week rolling rota, agreed on by you. This means you will always know when you are and are not working.

– Only working one in every two weekends.
– Set shift times, mornings (07:00-14:00) and afternoons (16:00-22:00).
– Up to 33 days annual leave per year depending on length of service.
