MetaHive, a UK-based web design agency, is expanding its creative team. We’re hiring a skilled front-end web developer to help us build high-performance websites, primarily using WordPress, HTML, and CSS. Your Responsibilities include:

• Developing WordPress sites using HTML, CSS plus responsive design techniques ensuring performance.

• Collaborating with design team translating creative concepts into functional web applications.

• Implementing clean, well-structured code maintaining seamless user experiences across devices.

• Optimizing websites considering on-page SEO best practices and loading performance standards.

Work Schedule

37.5 hours weekly (Mon-Fri) hybrid model balancing remote flexibility with London office collaboration.

You Will Have

• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite or Canva

• Understanding of on-page SEO best practices

• Experience with Google Ads campaign setup

• Ability to manage social media platforms and content

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience

• Strong experience in WordPress development

• Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design

• A degree in IT or a related field

• Must be based in London or surrounding area
