FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Harbor seeks detail-oriented Data Quality Professionals maintaining accurate client CRM data remotely. This structured role supports business development through precise data validation, research and standardized clean-up procedures within managed services team.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing/updating client data per Style Guides using internal/external research sources.

• Resolving discrepancies, merging duplicates plus completing weekly audit feedback corrections.

• Following standardized data clean-up processes meeting production deadlines consistently.

• Proactively communicating issues while contributing to distributed team meetings effectively.

Work Schedule

Flexible remote schedule requiring dedicated quiet workspace and reliable internet.

You Will Have

• 3+ years professional experience preferably detail-driven roles or legal industry background.

• Exceptional attention to detail executing tasks with high accuracy independently.

• Strong communication skills collaborating virtually across distributed team environment.

• Technical proficiency using software tools plus self-motivation managing time effectively.

Requirements

• Some college preferred plus CRM system familiarity (training provided if needed).
