Shirley Electric seeks professional Customer Service Representatives managing inbound/outbound calls for electrical service scheduling. This performance-based role ensures exceptional customer experience through prompt responses and thorough follow-up.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming service calls gathering customer needs and scheduling appointments accurately.

• Making outbound follow-up calls for estimates, post-service happy calls and appointment confirmations.

• Updating customer records in Housecall Pro while flagging urgent issues immediately.

• Maintaining clear call documentation representing company professionally with empathy.

Work Schedule

Part-time remote with flexible scheduling supporting service department operations.

You Will Have

• Strong phone/written communication plus professional friendly demeanor essential.

• Basic computer skills for Housecall Pro plus reliable attendance/punctuality.
