FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Holmes and Davidson Opticians seeks skilled Optical Technicians delivering precision eyewear services. This hands-on role supports eye care through spectacle assembly, lens fitting and exceptional customer service within clinical optical practice.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Assembling, fitting and repairing spectacles to exacting quality standards.
• Interpreting optical prescriptions accurately while glazing lenses and making adjustments.
• Advising customers on frame selection, lens options and aftercare requirements.
• Maintaining workshop equipment ensuring safety compliance and clinical standards.
Work Schedule
Flexible full-time/part-time hours supporting optical practice operations.
You Will Have
• Optical technician experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates).
• Strong attention to detail plus manual dexterity for precision eyewear work.
• Excellent communication delivering customer-focused optical advice professionally.
• Team player attitude supporting clinical/administrative tasks proactively.
