FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Homecare Service Provider seeks experienced Counselors delivering emotional support to home care clients. This therapeutic role improves mental wellbeing addressing anxiety, depression and age-related challenges through person-centredcare plans.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-to-one counselling sessions in client homes or via remote platforms.

• Assessing emotional needs, developing support plans and maintaining confidential records.

• Collaborating with carers, families and professionals ensuring holistic client care approach.

• Identifying safeguarding concerns, contributing to care reviews and signposting specialist services.

Work Schedule

Full-time in-person Liverpool role with flexitime supporting client appointment needs.

You Will Have

• Relevant counselling/psychology qualification (Level 4 Diploma+) with BACP membership desirable.

• Proven therapeutic experience working with vulnerable adults/elderly clients preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills building trust while managing sensitive situations professionally.

• Excellent organisational skills maintaining accurate confidential session documentation.
