FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Brunelcare seeks compassionate Care Assistants for Orchard Grove reablement centre helping residents restore independence post-hospital admission. This outcome-focused role delivers high-quality care within homely environment supporting physical and social wellbeing recovery.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Delivering personalised care promoting resident independence and confidence.
• Working with team creating homely recuperative environment for hospital discharges.
• Maintaining high health/social care standards through kind compassionate approach.
• Supporting daily activities focusing on physical wellbeing and skill restoration.
Work Schedule
Full-time hours within reablement centre supporting short-term resident recovery.
You Will Have
• Excellent communication skills with kind caring approach toward vulnerable individuals.
• Teamwork ability and passion improving people’s lives through meaningful support.
• No experience required – full training provided for committed candidates.
Requirements
• Enhanced DBS check and right to work verification required.
