FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Safeguarding Administrator to support safeguarding, MARAC and MAPPA activity across the Trust. This role delivers effective administrative processes, supports partner organisations and helps maintain high standards within the Safeguarding & Public Protection team.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting safeguarding agenda delivery, MARAC and MAPPA coordination across the Trust.

• Developing and maintaining robust administrative systems and processes.

• Reviewing service delivery and helping improve administrative quality.

• Supporting team administration, including staff management if required.

• Promoting a positive image of the service and interacting compassionately with service users and carers.

Work Schedule

Part-time role, 18.75 hours per week, permanent contract.

You Will Have

• Experience maintaining systems and processes within an administration team.

• Experience leading, supervising or training administrative staff.

• Significant administrative experience including diary management, filing and Microsoft Office use.

• Advanced typing skills and accurate data entry ability.

Requirements

• Level 3 administration/leadership qualification or equivalent experience.

• IT qualification or equivalent knowledge through work experience.

• Literacy and numeracy at Level 2 or equivalent.

• DBS check required.
