FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma seeks Customer Service Representatives for remote support of premium home furnishings customers. This role delivers exceptional phone-based service handling inquiries, resolutions and escalations within fast-paced e-commerce retail environment.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Serving as primary customer contact resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

• Troubleshooting issues, approving adjustments/returns within established guidelines.

• Handling escalations professionally while maintaining service integrity and confidentiality.

• Collaborating on process improvements through training and team feedback.

Work Schedule

Flexible part-time 

You Will Have

• 1+ year customer service experience (retail/call center/hospitality preferred).

• Strong communication skills with de-escalation and problem-solving confidence.

• Tech proficiency navigating multiple systems with Windows 11/Mac iOS 13+ requirements.

Requirements

• Specific home technology setup: wired USB headset, external mouse/keyboard, 1920×1080 display.

• High-speed internet meeting company system checker standards.

• Residency in approved US states only.
