Connexus Resource Group seeks outgoing Customer Service Representatives for remote call center handling customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat. This role delivers exceptional 

Your Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries across phone, email and live chat channels.

• Professionally identifying, escalating priority issues and following up on complex interactions.

• Accurately recording customer interaction details while developing positive rapport.

• Offering solutions with upbeat positive attitude rather than excuses.

Work Schedule

Flexible remote full-time schedule within casual team environment.

You Will Have

• 1+ year customer service/call center experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal/written communication with strong grammar proficiency.

• Basic computer skills (30+ WPM, navigation, copy/paste, multi-tab functionality).

• Friendly confident self-starter attitude engaging diverse customers.
