FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
University of the West of Scotland seeks Clinical Skills Facilitators for School of Health & Life Sciences. This role introduces innovative simulation techniques within pre-registration nurse education and wider healthcare teaching portfolio.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering clinical skills training and interprofessional simulation activities.
• Organising innovative simulated learning approaches across nursing programmes.
• Developing demonstration sessions supported by teaching documents and handouts.
• Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations during practical sessions.
Work Schedule
17.5 contractual hours per week within simulation team structure.
You Will Have
• Degree level education (healthcare discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience planning/organising clinical skills teaching activities.
• Strong knowledge of health/safety procedures within simulation environments.
Requirements
• Skilled Worker visa eligibility assessment required for sponsorship consideration.
