FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
LandlordsHome seeks aggressive “Hunter” Business Development Managers fluent in Mandarin/English to drive landlord acquisition for their 0% commission PropTechplatform. This role enforces digital workflows, secures property listings and ensures 100% system activation targeting overseas landlords.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Executing strategic landlord acquisition using loss-leader tools and Xiaohongshu lead magnets.
• Guaranteeing 100% LandlordsHome terminal activation through assertive expectation management.
• Conducting bilingual negotiations building trust while enforcing UK compliance procedures.
• Educating landlords on regulations, market standards and 0% commission model advantages.
Work Schedule
Flexible full-time/part-time/freelance arrangements based on performance.
You Will Have
• Proven property sales/lettings/business development experience (1+ year preferred).
• Entrepreneurial “hunter” mentality with strong persuasion and deal-closing confidence.
• Native Mandarin fluency with excellent English for compliance/audit procedures.
• Self-motivation exploring new sourcing channels and market intelligence.
Requirements
• Ability passing 3-month probation hitting precise “System Activation” KPIs.
