FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

WITHLOVE CARE LTD seeks a compassionate Health Care Assistant/Support Worker to provide personalised care in care home or home care settings. This role focuses on delivering dignified support with daily activities, maintaining accurate records, and helping individuals live safely and independently.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

• Supporting mobility, daily activities, medication management and independence.

• Communicating with clients, families and healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.

• Assisting with social activities, community outings and care plan development/review.

Work Schedule

Flexible arrangements across full-time, part-time, temp-to-perm and zero-hours contracts.

You Will Have

• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Ability to use IT systems for record keeping and reporting.

• Strong organisational skills and a compassionate approach to support others.

Requirements

• Driving licence desirable for home care visits or outings.

• Experience in care home or home care settings advantageous but not essential.

• Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly.
