FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Sentricare Ltd seeks a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support residents in care homes and individuals receiving home care services. This role focuses on daily personal care, safe mobility support, meal assistance, accurate record-keeping and effective communication to help deliver personalised, high-quality care.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Supporting mobility and transfers safely, and helping prepare/serve meals in line with care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records using IT systems and communicating with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Supporting social activities, wellbeing, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Work Schedule
Flexible full-time or part-time permanent roles, with expected hours around 40 per week.
You Will Have
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic IT literacy for records and information access.
• Strong organisational skills and a compassionate, caring attitude.
Requirements
• Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
• Willingness to work flexibly across different shifts.
• Driving licence preferred for transportation needs.
