FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a TTL Recruit Health Care Assistant in Canterbury, you’ll deliver compassionate care across care homes/home settings assisting personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility), implementing care plans, providing companionship/emotional support, maintaining records, supporting medication reminders, light domestic duties, and client transport while enjoying flexitime within established agency offering varied contract options for certified care professionals.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist personal care: bathing, dressing, mobility support.

• Implement individualised care plans with healthcare team.

• Provide companionship maintaining client dignity/comfort.

• Maintain accurate care records per organisational policies.

Work Schedule

Flexitime full/part-time/temporary/permanent flexibility.

Canterbury care homes + domiciliary care settings.

You Will Have 

• Valid driving licence (preferred for client transport).

• Strong English communication (verbal/written).

• Basic IT skills for record keeping/documentation.

• Compassionate team/independent working capability.

Requirements

• 1 year care home experience mandatory.

• Enhanced DBS required.

• Moving and Handling Certificate (practical) essential.

• UK Work Authorisation required.
