FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Castleview Nursing Home Care Assistant in Belfast, you’ll support elderly residents’ daily needs including personal hygiene, toileting, mealtime assistance, and fluid intake while working alongside experienced staff within A-rated facility offering full induction/training for all experience levels plus Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene + toileting.

• Support mealtimes + ensure adequate fluid intake.

• Work collaboratively with experienced care team.

• Follow care protocols maintaining resident dignity.

Work Schedule

Full-time 33-44 hours/week fixed rota.

Belfast BT15 nursing home (in-person).

On-site parking available.

You Will Have 

• Previous care assistant experience (desirable).

• Compassionate approach to elderly care.

• Team working capability within nursing home.

• Willingness to complete full induction training.

Requirements

• Commitment to resident-centered care delivery.

• Full-time availability (33-44 hours/week).

• Right to work in Northern Ireland/UK.
