FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Healthcare Assistant with Qleaf Care’s domiciliary agency, you will deliver high-quality person-centred care to clients over 18 in their own homes across Deal, Sandwich, Thanet, Dover, Canterbury, Whitstable, and Herne Bay, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding), medication administration, health monitoring, laundry, refreshments, and mobility support. Qleaf Care provides professional home care from offices in beautiful Deal and Sandwich areas, prioritising client independence through compassionate, consistent support.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Implement care plans providing personal care, mobility support, and health monitoring.

• Administer medication, complete accurate care records, and report health changes.

• Maintain clean/safe home environments including laundry and refreshments.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Work Schedule

Flexible full-time, part-time, or zero hours contracts (20+ hours/week available).

Covering Deal, Thanet, Dover, Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay areas.

You Will Have 

• Home care/care home experience (1 year preferred).

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred).

• Compassionate, detail-oriented approach to person-centredcare.

• Basic IT skills for care documentation.

Requirements

• Age 18+ for personal care regulations.

• Valid UK driving licence with own vehicle (essential).

• 100% willingness to travel across specified areas.

• English communication (required).
