FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Damorcare LTD is expanding its healthcare team and is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join its growing service across multiple locations in West Yorkshire.
In this role, you will support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing. The organisation provides training, career development opportunities, and support with obtaining the NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist individuals in maintaining independence and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Work Schedule:
37.5 hours per week
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK.
• Must be based in or near Leeds, West Yorkshire.
• Right to work in the UK or in the process of a Home Office transfer.
• Willingness to complete NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care.
• Ability to commit to 12 weeks of uninterrupted shift work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive required.
