FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Guardian Homecare Limited, part of the CCH Group, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in Bolton. With over 14,000 colleagues across 32 care companies, CCH focuses on ensuring that no one in need of care is forgotten.
In this role, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while providing personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance. Full training and a paid induction are provided, making this role suitable for both experienced carers and those new to the care sector.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Support individuals to remain independent in their own homes.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtimes.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
• Work closely with a supportive local care team to deliver high-quality care.
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts including evenings and weekend availability
Requirements
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable personality.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Previous care experience is helpful but not required.
