FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to build and manage high-quality B2B sales data. This role is critical to supporting our sales growth across workwear, PPE, and e-commerce brands.

You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and structuring potential customers into a usable sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Research and identify target B2B customers (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, corporate buyers)
• Build accurate contact databases including decision-makers (buyers, procurement, directors)
• Use tools such as LinkedIn, company websites, and directories to gather verified data
• Segment and organise data into CRM systems (or structured spreadsheets)
• Identify active vs dormant prospects
• Support outbound sales campaigns with clean, structured data
• Maintain and update databases regularly

Work schedule

Expected hours: 10 per week

Contract length: 12 months

You will have

• Experience in workwear, PPE, or apparel industries
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce data
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Clean, structured database of qualified leads
• Accurate contact details for decision-makers
• Segmented lists ready for sales outreach
• Consistent weekly pipeline growth

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B lead generation or data research
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Understanding of sales pipelines is a strong advantage
