FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

InSoft Solutions seeks experienced Hotel Managers overseeing comprehensive operations across F&B and accommodation services. This leadership role ensures exceptional guest experiences through staff supervision, revenue optimization and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

• Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

• Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel.

• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Work Schedule

Full-time on-site hours supporting 24/7 hospitality operations.

You Will Have

• Proven hospitality leadership experience with strong supervisory/management skills.

• Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities plus multilingual capability advantageous.

• Comprehensive hotel operations knowledge including HR practices and guest services.

• Problem-solving expertise handling pressure while multitasking efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 

• UK driving licence beneficial for site management.

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong supervisory and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.

• Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
