Located in the heart of Marylebone, OPSO is a multi-award-winning restaurant that celebrates the essence of modern Greek culture through its cuisine, wines, and contemporary design. Since 2014, OPSO has redefined Greek dining in London, blending tradition with innovation. Our focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients, most of them we source directly from Greece or premium producers in UK to create wonderful dishes for our guests. Our dedicated front of house team welcomes our guests daily for lunch and dinner, and brunch on weekends, to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
We pride ourselves in sourcing exclusive Greek and international high-quality spirits to create innovative cocktails, alongside the classics. Our wine list features 80–100 labels celebrating the finest expressions of Greek winemaking and outstanding international labels.

Your Responsibilities include:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the restaurant’s recipes
• Awareness of the food menus on offer (lunch / dinner / brunch)
• Awareness of the drink menus on offer
• Follow the restaurant service manuals and procedures
• Responsible for the restocking of bar’s inventory and supplies
Work Schedule
Expected hours: 45 per week
You Will Have
• Passion for hospitality delivering attentive, personalized customer service professionally.
• Good English command plus food/drink menu awareness supporting seamless guest experiences.

Requirements
• A passion for hospitality and attentive and personalisedcustomer service
• Experience in bartending 1 year
• Experience in cocktail making
• Experience in barista skills
• Good command of English
