FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Manage staff schedules and team coordination

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Support inventory management and stock control

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance standards

Work Schedule

Full-time hours including evenings/weekends typical of hospitality management positions.

You Will Have

• Strong communication skills plus ability to thrive in fast-paced customer-focused environments.

• Flexibility accommodating variable shifts plus right to work in UK (Graduate/Dependant visa preferred).

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory/management role preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must have the right to work in the UK
