FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

jimshem seeks experienced Data & Reporting Analysts to serve as ReportsNow solution administrators supporting business stakeholders across JD Edwards ERP systems. This critical role governs dashboard standards, data integrity and analytical reporting optimization.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Administering ReportsNow dashboards, KPIs and report scheduling controls.

• Providing user training enabling business teams to develop sustainable reports.

• Ensuring data integrity across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales processes.

• Troubleshooting data structures using SQL analysis within ERP data models.

Work Schedule

Full-time onsite role requiring reliable Leicester LE7 4UU commuting.

You Will Have

• 4+ years ReportsNow/Power BI experience within JDE E1 ERP environments.

• Bachelor’s degree with proven IT Business Analyst data/reporting expertise.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis, queries and performance troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with JIRA/ServiceNow ticketing and service management processes.

• Strong understanding of cross-functional ERP business processes and data models.
