FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

TESTQ Technologies seeks experienced Business Analysts specialising in Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) to support front-to-back investment lifecycle processes. This senior role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams delivering regulatory-compliant solutions.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements and creating FRDs/BRDs for CRIMS implementations and upgrades.

• Configuring Trading, Compliance, OMS, Portfolio Management and Risk modules.

• Supporting data integration with custodians, Bloomberg and accounting systems via FIX/API.

• Conducting UAT, test case creation and defect management across trade lifecycle workflows.

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position within agile investment management technology environment.

You Will Have

• 6-10+ years Business Analyst experience with deep CRIMS module expertise.

• Advanced configuration skills across compliance rule coding and portfolio structures.

• Strong SQL, FIX protocol, REST APIs and ETL/data migration proficiency.

• Regulatory knowledge (MiFID II, EMIR, FCA, SEC) within buy-side asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/IT plus proven stakeholder management experience.
