FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Bright Futures Care seeks passionate Support Workers for their specialist Worsley home supporting autistic individuals and people with learning disabilities. This person-centred role promotes independence through community engagement and daily living support.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Providing tailored person-centred care using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Supporting community activities including outings, transport and local engagement.
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication and household tasks.
• Empowering communication, recording progress and creating stimulating environment.
Work Schedule
Full-time mix of day shifts and sleep-ins meeting individual support needs.
You Will Have
• Passion for person-centred care with resilient, positive proactive approach.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and willingness to learn.
• No formal qualifications required – full training provided.
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required.
