FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

EMKAP UK Ltd seeks a CASS Oversight & Operations Analyst for their FCA-regulated investment firm with Euroclear access. This hands-on role combines daily trade settlements/operations with active CASS compliance oversight, potentially assuming SMF16 Compliance Oversight responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring trade settlements, managing failing trades and resolving reconciliation breaks.

• Ensuring CASS compliance through process monitoring, breach identification and CMAR reporting.

• Liaising with custodians, counterparties and maintaining client asset safeguarding standards.

• Maintaining CASS documentation, policies and supporting regulatory/internal audits.

Work Schedule

Full-time permanent role within London office environment.

You Will Have

• Degree in Finance/Business (2:1+) with 2-5 years operations/settlements/CASS experience.

• Solid CASS rules understanding with practical reconciliations/post-trade processing skills.

• Euroclear/SWIFT (MT54x) experience desirable with strong Excel proficiency.

• High ownership demonstrating independent judgement and regulatory interaction capability.

• Interest assuming SMF16 CASS oversight responsibilities subject to approval.
