FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

True Care 247 seeks compassionate Care Assistants to provide essential home care support ensuring client comfort, dignity, safety and wellbeing. This role delivers person-centred care following individual care plans within a flexible home care setting.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparation.

• Supporting client independence while ensuring safety, comfort and effective communication with families.

• Accompanying/driving clients to appointments or social activities ensuring safe, timely travel.

• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting health condition changes to appropriate personnel.

• Participating in training including IT systems for care documentation and management.

Work Schedule

Flexible zero hours contract with flexitime shifts available.

You Will Have

• Good spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and care documentation requirements.

• 1 year care home experience required, home care experience preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence required.

• GCSE or equivalent preferred.
