FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Yorkshire Homecare Ltd seeks caring Domiciliary Home Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. This role provides personal care, medication support and companionship through full-day working patterns guided by core values of kindness, trust, respect and excellence.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing and continence support.

• Assisting with medication administration, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.

• Offering companionship, emotional support and encouraging social engagement.

• Travelling independently between client homes maintaining care quality standards.

Work Schedule

Full-day availability across set days including evenings/weekends with various rota patterns (exact rotasdiscussed at interview).

You Will Have

• Respectful, non-judgmental approach with passion for high-quality person-centred care.

• Good spoken and written English with willingness to complete safeguarding training.

• Reliable, compassionate nature comfortable working independently between calls.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with access to reliable vehicle (50% travel required).

• Right to work in UK

• Current DBS on update service preferred with two UK work references.
