FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

ReachOut24 Healthcare Ltd seeks a compassionate Senior Care Worker to provide personalised care and supervision in a domiciliary care setting for elderly residents. This role combines hands-on care delivery with leadership responsibilities, supporting junior staff, maintaining care plans and helping ensure clients’ dignity, comfort and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Delivering personalised care in clients’ homes according to individual care plans.

• Supervising and supporting junior staff, fostering a positive team environment.

• Assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, medication management and companionship.

• Maintaining accurate care records, updating care plans and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

Work Schedule

In-person domiciliary care role with rota management responsibilities and flexible support requirements.

You Will Have

• Proven experience in senior care or a supervisory domiciliary care role.

• Strong leadership, communication and team motivation skills.

• Good IT skills for electronic records and documentation.

Requirements

• Full driving licence is mandatory.

• Competence in rota management and familiarity with safeguarding/health and safety procedures.

• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 3 desirable.
