FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
ICare Group seeks compassionate Home Care Workers to deliver person-centred domiciliary care to clients in their own homes across Runcorn. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, sponsorship availability, and comprehensive training while supporting personal care, daily living assistance, companionship and wellbeing checks.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting with dignity.
• Supporting daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and shopping.
• Offering companionship, conducting wellbeing checks and maintaining client safety.
• Following care standards, privacy, health and safety policies, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Work Schedule
Zero-hour contract with flexible shifts Monday to Sunday, 7am–10pm; full-time hours 37.5+ per week.
You Will Have
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Willingness to hold Class 1 Business Insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a caring, positive attitude.
Requirements
• Background checks and willingness to work flexible weekends/variable hours.
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential; training provided.
