FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the management and maintenance of essential documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols. Your proactive approach will support seamless document flow, accurate record-keeping, and efficient data management across various departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all company documents using document management systems such as SharePoint or ERP platformsÂ
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards by maintaining accurate records and documentation proceduresÂ
- Perform data entry, filing, and records management tasks to keep documentation up-to-date and easily accessibleÂ
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before approval or distributionÂ
- Support quality management initiatives by maintaining documentation related to quality processes and auditsÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate document workflows, updates, and version controlÂ
- Assist in the implementation of document control procedures, including training staff on best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in document management, records management, or administrative roles with a focus on quality systemsÂ
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical device quality management) and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirableÂ
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents efficientlyÂ
- Experience using SharePoint, ERP systems, and other document management toolsÂ
- Excellent proofreading, data management, and data entry skills to ensure accuracy and consistencyÂ
- Ability to perform filing, document control, and technical writing tasks with attention to detailÂ
- Prior experience in administrative roles within regulated industries is a plus
