FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Comfort Call, part of the CCH Group with 14,000 care professionals across 32 companies, seeks compassionate Care Assistants to support residents living independently in Extra Care apartments. You’ll provide person-centred care with dignity, working closely with an on-site team to deliver companionship, medication support and daily living assistance while encouraging social engagement and responding promptly to care calls.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and medication while promoting independence.
• Providing companionship, reassurance and meaningful day-to-day connections.
• Responding promptly to care calls or emergency alarms within the scheme.
• Encouraging participation in on-site activities and community life.
Work Schedule
Flexible full-time or part-time patterns including evenings and weekends, with local travel only between apartments and paid mileage for every journey.
You Will Have
• Naturally caring, compassionate nature with reliability and commitment.
• Eagerness to learn through full training (no prior experience required).

• Right to work in the UK.
