FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Element Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing Bristol-based organisation seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Support Advisor to manage the administration of selected existing and prospective customer accounts. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring efficient order processing and issue resolution within tight deadlines. This role starts as a 3month interim position with strong potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Processing and acknowledging customer orders accurately and within strict timeframes.
• Managing customer queries, resolving issues promptly and communicating lead times, order updates and delays in a clear, timely manner.
• Handling complaints, coordinating investigations and ensuring responses are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical records for audit compliance and keeping all CRM records up to date.
• Offering alternative product solutions where appropriate and working crossfunctionally to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Work Schedule
Full-time, office-based role in Bristol BS1, working standard business hours in a fast-paced environment with strict response times.
You Will Have
• Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-driven approach.
• High level of organisation, planning ability and attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure.
