FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

L’Oréal’s Education Summer Internship places learning and development at the heart of brand excellence, supporting E-learning platforms, training initiatives and customer engagement to drive brand loyalty. Based in White City, London, you will manage E-learning website administration, support reward programmes, create content and assist Education Managers with advocacy projects, social content and training events. Starting 29th June 2026 for 10 weeks, this role offers hands-on experience in a global beauty leader committed to employee development.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Managing E-learning website administration including registrations, new account uploads and mailbox queries (aiming for 24-hour response).

• Coordinating fulfilment of E-learning Rewards programmeswith external stakeholders.

• Generating E-learning reports, monthly performance insights and ad hoc analytics for websites.

• Supporting content uploads to LMS, creating artwork (banners, thumbnails, social posts) and placing NCOs for Academy initiatives.

• Assisting sales teams and customers with day-to-day education queries, managing webinar/event bookings and communications.

Work Schedule

Full-time hours Monday to Friday over 10 weeks, starting Monday 29th June 2026, based at the White City London office.

You Will Have

• Strong communication and networking skills (verbal and written) with excellent attention to detail.

• Results-driven mindset, respecting deadlines while proactively multi-tasking across projects.

• Strong project management skills with evidence of completing initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university course that permits summer internships (graduates ineligible).

• Comfortable with the £25,210 salary and London location.

• Right to work in the UK.
