FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Anthropic seeks an experienced EMEA Nonprofit Account Executive to drive adoption of safe, frontier AI among nonprofits, INGOs, foundations and social enterprises across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You’ll own complex sales cycles, navigate diverse regulatory frameworks (GDPR/UK GDPR), build strategic partnerships and become the regional expert on nonprofit market dynamics while partnering with SF teams to advance ethical AI deployment for social impact.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Winning new business and managing full sales cycles from outbound prospecting to launch with EMEA nonprofits and federated organisations.
• Designing/executing sales strategies tailored to EMEA regulatory environments, cultural contexts and procurement processes.
• Navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems (executive directors, trustees, IT, procurement) across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
• Serving as EMEA nonprofit market expert, providing insights for product roadmaps and ensuring GDPR/data sovereignty compliance.
• Building relationships with sector networks, technology platforms and influencers to expand market reach.
Work Schedule
Full-time hybrid role based in London/Dublin offices (25%+ time), up to 40% EMEA travel for customer meetings/events, quarterly SF headquarters visits.
You Will Have
• Consultative sales expertise managing six-figure enterprise deals across EMEA markets with complex procurement cycles.
• Strong cross-cultural communication adapting to diverse stakeholders and regulatory frameworks.
• Autonomous operator comfortable with limited supervision across time zones while exceeding quota.
• Passion for safe AI development and social impact through mission-driven organisations.
Requirements
• 5+ years prospecting/closing emerging technology deals in EMEA markets.
• Experience with federated/matrix organisations, GDPR compliance and data protection concerns.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages highly valued).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Desirable:
• EMEA nonprofit/INGO sales experience (Save the Children, Oxfam, etc.).
• Knowledge of nonprofit tech ecosystems (Salesforce NPSP, Blackbaud, CiviCRM).
• Network within international development, humanitarian or foundation sectors.
