Rise Technical Recruitment seeks ambitious graduates for their award-winning trainee programme in a high-energy, sales-driven environment specialising in Engineering, Energy, IT and Construction markets. You’ll build relationships between skilled professionals and leading companies across UK, US and Europe, driving revenue through full-cycle recruitment while receiving industry-leading training and rapid progression opportunities from trainee to leadership.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates, building relationships and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement.

• Business development with clients, generating new opportunities and exceeding revenue targets through uncapped commission.

• Account management, market mapping and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring companies.

Work Schedule

Full-time office-based in Bristol City Centre with high-energy team environment and flexible working options available.
