FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Vision Workforce Male Support Worker in Bournemouth, you’ll provide high-quality care including meal preparation, medication administration, companionship, mobility/transport support, dementia care, and accurate record-keeping using IT systems while fostering client independence/dignity within flexitime role requiring enhanced DBS, driving, and computer reporting skills for comprehensive daily living assistance.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Prepare meals per dietary requirements/preferences.

• Administer medication following safety protocols.

• Provide companionship + emotional support/dementia care.

• Assist mobility/transport to appointments/outings (driving).

• Maintain accurate IT-based care records/reports in English.

Work Schedule

Part-time flextime suiting your availability.

Bournemouth BH8 community/assisted living settings.

You Will Have 

• Previous nursing/patient care experience (desirable).

• Dementia care + first aid knowledge advantageous.

• Strong organisational/multitasking capability.

• Excellent verbal/written English communication.

Requirements

• Male candidate required for client matching.

• Enhanced valid DBS certificate essential.

• Driver with own vehicle for client transport.

• IT/computer skills for English report writing.
