FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As Liz’s Female Personal Assistant in Portsmouth, you’ll provide comprehensive personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), mobility support using electric ceiling hoist/wheelchair, household/garden maintenance, community outings, and family support for daughter Rosie (ADHD) within warm family home with tabby cat Tiger while enjoying full training, flexitime, and essential weekend/holiday cover opportunities.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Personal care: bathing, toileting, dressing assistance.
• Mobility support: electric ceiling hoist + wheelchair transfers (training provided).
• Household/garden maintenance + light evening watering.
• Community outings + local trips with family.
• Supportive presence for daughter Rosie (ADHD).
Work Schedule
Alternate weekends 9:30am-9:30pm (12hr shifts).
Holiday/sickness cover essential availability.
Boxing Day, NYE, NYD shifts required.
You Will Have
• Personal care/mobility experience (helpful, not essential).
• Comfortable around cats (Tiger lives at home).
• Adaptable providing extra cover when needed.
• Understanding supporting ADHD family member.

• Excellent spoken English for safety/communication.
• Weekend + holiday cover flexibility essential.
• Reliable, patient, friendly team player.
