FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Full-Time Support Worker at Corbenic Camphill Community, you’ll deliver person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities across vibrant Perthshire countryside houses, working 1:1 and in groups with House Coordinator teams on daily activities, health appointments, fun outings (bowling, cinema, Highland games), meal preparation/medication, personal care, and care planning while working toward funded SVQ3 + SSSC registration within this unique charity community featuring farm, workshops, poetry path, multicultural volunteers, and home-cooked meals.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Deliver person-centred care/support ensuring resident wellbeing.

• Assist daily activities, health appointments, 1:1/group outings.

• Cook/serve meals, administer medication, maintain records.

• Provide dignified personal care (washing, dressing, daily needs).

• Work flexibly across house teams Monday-Sunday shifts.

Work Schedule

37.5 hours per week full-time permanent.

7.5-hour shifts: 7am-3pm or 1pm-9pm most areas.

Flexible Monday-Sunday rotation.

Beautiful Dunkeld Perthshire countryside location.

• PVG membership essential.
