FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Barchester Laundry Assistant in Greenock care home, you’ll ensure residents receive clean clothing/bedding through sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and maintaining high presentation standards across fixed weekly shifts, contributing to comfortable home-like environment while gaining care sector insight with full training provided—ideal entry role developing practical skills within established provider.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Sort, wash, dry, iron residents’ clothing/bedding.

• Maintain laundry areas and overall home presentation.

• Ensure quality laundry service supporting resident comfort.

• Support smooth care home operations through reliable service.

Work Schedule

3 fixed shifts per week: Mon/Wed 9am-3pm, Fri 3pm-9pm.

Part-time permanent role.

Greenock PA16 care home location.
