FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Tesco Customer Delivery Driver from Worcester Warndon Superstore, you’ll represent Tesco delivering online grocery orders directly to customers’ homes during flexible availability windows (Sun/Mon evenings 17:30-23:00, Thu-Sat days 08:00-19:00), maintaining clean/organised vans/trays, discussing order changes/substitutions, providing excellent customer service with smiles while enjoying autonomy on-road backed by store support team within UK’s largest retailer committed to serving customers/communities sustainably.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Load vans safely, check roadworthiness, maintain clean trays/backyard.

• Deliver during customer time slots, call if early/30+ mins late.

• Discuss substitutions/short codes, offer refunds for dissatisfaction.

• Treat deliveries/products as your own, build customer relationships.

• Wash trays, pick up litter, ensure yard/store presentation excellence.

Work Schedule

Minimum 16 guaranteed hours/week (12hr minimum flexible).

Availability windows: Sun 17:30-23:00, Mon 17:30-23:00, Thu 08:00-19:00, Fri 08:00-18:00, Sat 08:00-18:00.

3 weeks’ notice of exact shifts within windows.

Requirements

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full/automatic, 12+ months, ≤3 points).

• Over 18 for delivery driving role.

• Flexible availability matching advertised windows.

• Customer-focused with warm communication skills.
