FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Recruiter at EMJ, you’ll proactively source A-player talent through outreach and networking, conduct video interviews assessing skills/behaviours, partner with hiring managers defining candidate profiles, manage exceptional candidate experiences, and contribute to employer branding initiatives within this high-performance healthcare organisationelevating global healthcare standards. This graduate role offers comprehensive recruitment training transitioning to hybrid working (3 office days/week post-probation), perfectly suiting recent graduates or those with ≤1 year recruitment/HR/sales experience eager to build talent acquisition expertise within values-driven medical journal publisher.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Proactively source candidates through outreach building professional networks.
• Conduct video interviews assessing skills against role requirements/values.
• Partner with hiring managers defining profiles, providing market insights.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience with clear communication.
• Support employer branding, careers events, recruitment campaigns.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
5 days office-based during 3-month probation.
Hybrid 3 office days/week thereafter (London/Moorgate).
You Will Have
• Exceptional verbal/written communication across all levels.
• Highly organised managing multiple sourcing priorities.

Requirements
• Recent graduate or ≤1 year recruitment/HR/sales/customer-facing experience.
• Strong interest developing talent acquisition career.
• London EC2V office availability (5 days probation, 3 days ongoing).
• UK work eligibility.
