FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Support Worker at Priory’s Bromyard Road residential service, you will join a compassionate team supporting six females with mental health needs, autism, and personality disorders in a quiet St Johns suburb near Worcester town centre. Your role focuses on helping residents develop skills for happy, healthy, independent community lives through vital operational and environmental support, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home without direct personal care duties. You will contribute to smooth daily operations, organisation, and upkeep, playing a key part in creating positive experiences for residents and staff alike.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Maintain organised, safe, comfortable spaces through upkeep and environmental support.

• Support the dedicated team in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents with mental health, autism, and personality disorder needs.

• Contribute to resident skill development indirectly by fostering a positive, stable home environment.

• Adapt to varied daily demands with resilience, empathy, and a team-focused approach.

Work Schedule

Full-time permanent role, 42 hours per week.

Shifts based on service needs in a residential setting near Worcester town centre.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK and successful Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (Priory covers costs).
