FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Interim TA Coordinator with Healios, you will support recruitment and onboarding for Associate Clinicians in neurodevelopmental and mental health services, issuing consultancy agreements, organising pre-employment checks, answering candidate queries, and providing administrative assistance to the TA team. This remote role works closely with People Operations and clinical management to digitise clinical pathways, enabling seamless healthcare delivery to children, adults, and families from home. You’ll play a pivotal part in building diverse clinical teams for an innovative provider pioneering accessible neurodevelopmental care.

Your Responsibilities include:
• Issue consultancy agreements and coordinate pre-employment checks with providers like Zinc.
• Answer candidate queries promptly and provide administrative support to the TA team.
• Manage data, reporting, and documentation using ATS (Greenhouse ideal), HRIS (HiBob ideal), and Google Suite.
• Work autonomously with excellent organisational and coordination skills to meet recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with People Operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth clinician onboarding.
Work Schedule
Part-time contract: 15-20 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, fully remote with flexitime flexibility.
You Will Have
• ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (HiBob) experience, plus employment checks providers.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, coordination, and data management skills.
• Strong Google Suite skills, especially Google Sheets, for reporting.
• Autonomous working ability with commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding.
Requirements
• Right to work in the UK (required).
• Previous experience in talent acquisition (preferably regulated healthcare).
