Overview

We are recruiting graduates for a Graduate Management role within a structured sales and leadership development programme.

This position offers hands-on experience in sales while developing core management skills including team support, coaching, performance tracking, and organisation. You will work alongside experienced managers and receive ongoing training as you progress toward a management position.

This role is suitable for graduates seeking a clear entry point into sales management with structured development and long-term progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

● Participate in sales and customer-facing activity

● Support team members with daily tasks and target achievement

● Assist with onboarding and ongoing support for new starters

● Monitor activity levels and contribute to performance feedback

● Help organise team schedules and sales activity

● Follow company policies, compliance standards, and professional guidelines

Candidate Requirements

● Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

● Interest in sales, leadership, or management

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

● Reliable, organised, and willing to learn

● No management experience required — full training provided
