About Strive Collective:
Strive Collective is a London-based events and promotions company delivering face-to-face campaigns for national and international non-profit organisations. Through live events and pop-up activations, we help charities build awareness, generate sustainable support, and create meaningful public engagement.
Our Graduate Management Scheme is designed for ambitious graduates who want hands-on experience across sales, operations, leadership, and campaign management, with a structured pathway into management.
About the Graduate Scheme:
This is a full-time, structured development programme starting in January 2026. You will begin in front-line sales and fundraising, learning the foundation of our business, and then progress through different areas to gain a 360° understanding of operations and leadership.
The scheme is ideal for graduates seeking a fast-paced, people-focused career with clear progression into management.
Key Responsibilities:
During your time on the programme, you will:
ā Represent national and international non-profit organisations at live events and pop-up locations
ā Deliver face-to-face customer engagement and campaign promotion
ā Learn core sales techniques, performance tracking, and compliance standards
ā Support daily event operations and logistics
ā Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign management
ā Assist with onboarding and coaching new starters
ā Participate in structured leadership and business training
ā Contribute to team performance targets and campaign growth
ā Progress into campaign supervision and team leadership responsibilities over time
Requirements:
ā We welcome applications from candidates who:
ā Have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025/2026 (any discipline considered)
ā Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā Are confident working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
ā Are self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
ā Are eager to learn business operations and leadership skills
ā Can commit to full-time work from January 2026
ā Are able to commute to central London
ā Have the legal right to work in the UK
