About Be Cool Refrigeration
Be Cool Refrigeration is a growing, family-run commercial refrigeration and air conditioning company based in London. We work with a wide range of commercial clients, and we’re looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer to join our team.
The Role
We’re recruiting an experienced commercial refrigeration engineer/technician to service, maintain, and repair a range of commercial refrigeration systems across London and the surrounding counties.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including: cold rooms, display units, counters, ice machines, blast chillers, and similar equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve faults independently on-site.
- High First Fix rate
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working directly with commercial clients
What We Offer
- Company van, fuel card, and equipment provided
- Starting salary up to £55,000 door-to-door per year, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x rate, plus bonus pay
- 31 days holiday total (standard holiday allowance plus 3 days over Christmas)
